Au milieu des autochtones et loin de sa famille, <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>il attend d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment sa mutation&#8230; <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cela fait presque 10 ans (!) que l&rsquo;Argentine Lucrecia Martel n&rsquo;avait plus tourn\u00e9 de long m\u00e9trage. On peut se demander ce qui emp\u00eache de nombreuses r\u00e9alisatrices \u00e0 financer leurs films, qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de profils aussi diff\u00e9rents que Lucile Hadzihalilovic (11 ans entre <strong>Innocence <\/strong>et <strong>Evolution<\/strong>) ou Debra Granik (8 ans entre <strong>Winter&rsquo;s Bone <\/strong>et <strong>Leave No Trace<\/strong>, pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 Sundance), mais ce <strong>Zama <\/strong>est enfin l\u00e0 et la surprise est \u00e0 la hauteur de l&rsquo;attente. Car il y avait sur le papier l&rsquo;annonce d&rsquo;un radical changement de registre pour la cin\u00e9aste qui nous avait habitu\u00e9s jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce jour \u00e0 d&rsquo;\u00e9tranges miniatures contemporaines et qui ici se lance dans une fresque historique.
